All I have to say is, if you are even thinking about outsourcing, you need this book. It doesn't matter whether you're a techie guru or not, Brandon shows you how to get a techie project done. If you can't write, it doesn't matter - Brandon shows you how to get things written. This should be mandatory reading material for anyone who is thinking of outsourcing.
